About the role

Join BairesDev’s Staffing team as a Talent CV Maintenance Assistant. You will work remotely to ensure candidate resumes are polished, consistently formatted, and ready for presentation to clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Prepare multiple candidates' CVs for client presentation.
Apply internal formatting rules and remove personal contact data.
Gather and review information from CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and other sources.
Provide detailed instructions to candidates on how to tailor their resumes for specific job openings.

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience in staffing or recruitment.
Strong communication abilities.
Advanced proficiency in English.
