BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Executive Search team. This remote position focuses on identifying and securing top‑tier leadership talent for the company and its clients, helping build high‑performing teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted search strategies for executive and senior‑level talent.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage the full offer process for successful placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Develop and leverage professional networks to source high‑caliber candidates.
• Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills (mandatory).
• Experience recruiting for the US market.
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent analytical and assessment skills.
