Staffing Fronters Consultant (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Fronters Consultant to bridge the gap between client services, sales, and talent acquisition. Working remotely, you will analyze our vetted candidate pool and strategically staff IT business opportunities for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, and present candidates to meet opening deadlines.
• Review and filter candidate pipelines according to defined parameters.
• Maintain and clean open requisitions to keep them up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate communication with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and strong business/process mindset.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
