Spanish Conversational AI Operations Specialist

About the role

Prodigal is seeking a Spanish Conversational AI Operations Specialist to help build, test, and support voice AI agents that serve customers in the United States. The role blends quality assurance of Spanish‑language AI interactions with direct customer support during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Test Spanish voice AI agents and validate conversation quality.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, and AI interactions to spot language, pronunciation, and workflow issues.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI agent performance.
• Support assigned customers via email, ticketing systems, and operational requests.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Track customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities.
• Help maintain a high‑quality experience for live customers.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Mexican Spanish proficiency.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfortable reviewing conversations and identifying issues.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
