Amazon Connect Solutions Architect & Presales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Amazon Connect Solutions Architect & Presales Consultant to lead the design, architecture, and commercial strategy of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions based on Amazon Connect. The role combines technical expertise with consultative skills to work closely with customers, sales teams, and implementation groups, turning business needs into innovative solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, UAT, Go‑Live, and Stabilization.
• Define functional and technical scope for each project and coordinate architects, developers, and AWS specialists.
• Establish timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Participate in discovery meetings with clients to understand business problems and translate them into solution requirements.
• Conduct assessments of existing contact centers and recommend migration paths to cloud‑based solutions.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on contact‑center solutions.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Amazon Connect.
• Proven background in technical pre‑sales, solution architecture, or consulting.
• Experience in complex commercial processes and presenting to corporate clients.
• Experience with on‑premise to cloud contact‑center migrations is a strong plus.
• Experience working with enterprise and multinational customers.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.

Required skills

• AWS platform knowledge, specifically Amazon Connect.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
• AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
