Senior Recruiter

About the role

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for a wide range of technical, professional and leadership positions across its U.S. and international sites. The role partners closely with hiring managers to design and execute recruiting strategies that attract high‑quality candidates in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct position intake meetings with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop targeted sourcing plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process, from requisition approval through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill technical and leadership roles using LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities and referrals.
• Build and maintain passive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and candidate expectations.
• Ensure a consistent, compliant and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading full‑cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles, preferably in the medical device or related industry.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and ability to influence talent acquisition strategy.
• Excellent judgment, urgency and independence in managing multiple requisitions.
• Commitment to on‑site work at the Coyol facility at least four days per week.
