Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition across a wide range of technical, professional, and leadership positions. The role partners closely with hiring managers to design and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop targeted recruiting plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from requisition to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and candidate experience.
• Design proactive sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill technical and leadership roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals and talent communities to build pipelines.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and candidate expectations.
• Deliver objective candidate assessments and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, tools and employer branding.

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting for technical, professional and leadership positions.
• Strong judgment, independence and urgency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with hiring managers.
• Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain passive candidate pipelines.
