About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing US startup to hire a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer who will work remotely from Costa Rica. The role focuses on building high‑quality, scalable products and owning the cloud environment while collaborating with a US team on Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, reusable software solutions.
Document architectural decisions and design choices clearly.
Develop code following best engineering practices using TypeScript, React, and Node.js/Express.
Write thorough automated tests for individual components and the overall system.
Build, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS.

Required profile

7+ years of software engineering experience in fast‑paced startup environments.
Strong track record of direct, in‑house roles (consulting/agency experience not a fit).
Fluent English and ability to work US Pacific Time (PST) hours.
Currently residing in Costa Rica.
