Senior Executive Assistant

About the role

Procore is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support leaders across its Strategy Organization. Based in Heredia, Costa Rica, you will provide high‑level administrative support to help executives operate efficiently as the company scales globally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi‑participant executive calendars and coordinate meetings.
• Handle email correspondence, travel arrangements, onboarding of new hires, and expense reporting.
• Identify and implement more efficient administrative processes.
• Lead confidential special projects with broad organizational impact.
• Prioritize deadlines, resolve conflicting demands, and ensure timely task completion.
• Prepare meeting content, presentations, and coordinate event logistics.
• Communicate professionally on behalf of executives with senior leadership, customers, partners, and direct reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 4+ years of executive‑level administrative experience.
• Strong organizational, decision‑making, and discretion skills.
• Approachable demeanor with excellent communication abilities.
