Consultant III – Business Initiatives & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant III to join our consulting team and help drive the successful implementation of business initiatives and projects. The role focuses on aligning diverse stakeholders, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring that initiatives move toward the desired future state.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and secure buy‑in from multiple stakeholders across functional tracks.
• Manage moderately complex projects or project components, including change‑management activities.
• Develop and document business, functional and non‑functional requirements for process or system solutions.
• Perform data analysis to support business initiatives and monitor compliance with policies.
• Support vendor management and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Mentor team members, provide feedback, and promote continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and facilitate team meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or project‑management environments.
• Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and communicate progress.
• Demonstrated autonomy in delivering solutions and meeting deadlines.
• Adaptability to change, willingness to learn, and capacity to mentor others.
