About the role

We are a fast‑growing provider of technology‑forward staffing and nearshore consulting solutions to U.S. clients. The Sales Manager will lead the acquisition of new enterprise customers for our IT staffing, custom software development, data engineering and AI consulting services, working from a hybrid office in Costa Rica.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and execute a strategic sales plan to win new U.S. technology‑sector clients.
  • Identify, qualify and close opportunities across nearshore IT staffing, software development, data engineering and AI consulting.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
  • Engage C‑level and VP‑level stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Talent) to understand needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery, recruiting and engineering teams to ensure alignment and client success.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on trends in DevOps, AI, cloud‑native development and technology staffing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT staffing, consulting, nearshore outsourcing or related technology services.
  • Proven record of closing new logos and achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to U.S. companies and engaging C‑level/VP decision‑makers.
  • Background working with or for a LATAM‑based staffing or nearshore consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring models (T&M, SOW) and U.S. tech market dynamics.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) with excellent verbal and written communication.

Required skills

  • Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
