Sales Development Associate – French & English

About the role

Veeam is seeking a bilingual Sales Development Associate to support its French‑speaking markets. In this strategic role you will generate demand, build a pipeline of large enterprise accounts and position Veeam as a trusted advisor on data resilience and AI security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via calls, email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator targeting strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects at multiple organizational levels, understanding their business challenges.
• Conduct consultative conversations with decision‑makers to uncover needs and articulate Veeam’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, channel partners and technical teams to develop account‑based strategies and drive opportunity creation.
• Maintain accurate activity and qualification data in Salesforce CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs such as leads converted, meetings booked and pipeline value.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, handle objections and build credibility with prospects.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape and market shifts to refine outreach tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales development or a similar outbound role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong consultative selling mindset and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
