RTR Specialist II – Cash Management

About the role

The RTR Specialist II – Cash Management is responsible for core accounting activities within the general ledger, focusing on cash management accounts and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. You will work closely with shared services customers to deliver accurate financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post manual journal entries and monthly/quarterly accruals.
• Maintain cash management accounts and perform account reconciliations.
• Meet SLA targets and deliverables for shared services customers.
• Identify and propose process improvements to the Continuous Improvement Team.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Participate in monthly financial statement reporting.
• Develop analyses and information for business units as requested.

Required profile

• More than two years of experience in general accounting or a Big 4 environment.
• Experience in shared services environments is preferred.
• Understanding of key financial indicators and customer needs.
• Technical degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2+).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel (advanced).
• ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP (preferred).
• Reporting tools like Hyperion or Power BI (preferred).
• Knowledge of Fixed Assets, Prepaids, or Cash Management processes (a plus).
