Record to Report Senior Specialist (Finance)

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Record to Report Senior Specialist to lead the month‑end close process and support the Finance Director. The role will act as the Finance track lead for Oracle, coordinate system testing, and serve as the primary contact for Global Finance Services (GFS) teams in Costa Rica and Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial business system testing for Oracle across all functional tracks.
• Drive the monthly financial close with support from the Director of Finance.
• Prepare and distribute month‑end and quarterly financial reports.
• Support GFS teams in balance‑sheet reviews, audits, and yearly tax reporting.
• Provide analytical support to the business unit as needed.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and project accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle module setups and testing.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (concatenation formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2).
