Reservations & Operations Agent – Remote (Costa Rica, Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are PVCR Travel, Costa Rica’s first AI‑powered bespoke travel company. We design custom trips for US travelers and are hiring our first operations person to turn every closed sale into a flawless trip.

Key responsibilities

• Send and chase reservations with hotels, tour operators and transfer companies (verify and send pre‑drafted requests).
• Check every confirmation against the sold itinerary, dates, rates, pickups, guest count and keep the client’s itinerary up to date.
• Reconfirm next‑day services with every supplier and support clients throughout their trip with daily emails in English.
• Solve live requests such as restaurant bookings, taxis, upgrades and keep each trip’s file complete.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (non‑negotiable).
• Obsessive attention to detail – matching dates, rates and times across multiple sources.
• Hunger to learn, be formed, and own something real from day one.
