Remote Training Analyst

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Training Analyst to design and deliver training programs for new joiners and existing employees. The role is fully remote and requires strong organization, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate information on various processes to create training material for new joiners and current staff.
• Maintain and update process documentation in Confluence.
• Create and follow up on tickets with Help Desk, HR, and other interacting departments.
• Identify gaps in existing information and propose enhancements.
• Monitor changes in other departments’ processes to keep training content current.
• Keep the organization chart of the area up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with multimedia training platforms.
• Familiarity with Confluence for documentation.
