Remote Staffing Consultant

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Staffing Consultant to analyze and manage its pool of vetted IT candidates. You will act as the bridge between Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the right talent is matched to business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, and present candidates for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and job openings.
• Communicate regularly with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
• Meet deadlines while optimizing time‑to‑market and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and business‑process focused.
• Excellent written and spoken English with articulate communication.
