Remote Data Entry Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Data Entry Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely, you will help identify, contact, and evaluate potential candidates for a variety of global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting area by identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates.
• Propose new methods and alternatives for candidate sourcing.
• Identify opportunities to improve current recruitment processes.
• Manage job portal postings and evaluate incoming applications.
• Analyze professional profiles on job portals for open searches.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks.
• At least one year of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Advanced level of English.
