About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely, you will help identify, contact, and evaluate potential candidates for a variety of technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the recruiting area by identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates.
• Propose new methods and alternatives for candidate sourcing.
• Identify opportunities to improve current recruitment processes.
• Manage job postings across multiple portals and evaluate incoming applications.
• Analyze professional profiles on job portals to match open searches.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with strong teamwork capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail in daily tasks.
• At least one year of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Advanced level of English.
