Remote Bookkeeper & Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to join our growing remote team as a Bookkeeper and Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. The role blends financial record‑keeping with end‑to‑end management of residential real‑estate transactions, offering a diverse set of responsibilities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank and credit‑card accounts and categorize transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and produce regular reports.
• Coordinate residential real‑estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Prepare, organize, and manage all transaction documents and listings.
• Ensure deadlines, compliance requirements, and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties throughout the transaction process.

Required profile

• Strong bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks.
• Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial record‑keeping.
• Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.
• Hands‑on experience creating and managing real‑estate listings.
• Familiarity with Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) forms is preferred, but experience with transaction forms in other U.S. states is also acceptable.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
