Recruiting Services Professional

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Services Professional to lead talent acquisition initiatives across its consulting units. You will work closely with Client Managers to build a skilled workforce that supports the company’s hybrid cloud and AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with Client Managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Provide direction and escalation support to team members throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure all talent processes comply with business controls and manage immigration status requirements.
• Deliver workforce planning solutions that align with client objectives and business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and staffing process management.
• Experience collaborating with clients to define staffing requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide team members.
• Familiarity with immigration status management and related compliance.
