Talent Development Specialist

About the role

The Talent Development Specialist will design, deliver and evaluate enterprise‑wide learning programs that build future‑ready capabilities. You will work closely with business leaders, subject‑matter experts and HR partners to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of skills programs, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination and budget management.
• Conduct learning needs assessments, translate gaps into measurable objectives and create scalable blended learning experiences.
• Develop and integrate modern instructional approaches such as experiential learning, coaching, digital platforms and generative AI.
• Facilitate learning sessions and ensure inclusive, high‑quality delivery across global audiences.
• Own program measurement from baseline creation to post‑program impact tracking and stakeholder reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Proven experience partnering with business leaders and HR to identify skill gaps and align learning with business goals.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience evaluating program effectiveness using feedback and business metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with digital learning technologies and adaptive learning approaches.
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands‑on use of AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Ability to implement AI‑powered solutions responsibly, with awareness of AI risk management.
