QA Engineer – Manual & Exploratory Testing

About the role

SimSpace is seeking a QA Engineer to join its engineering team in Costa Rica. The role focuses on manual and exploratory testing of APIs, user interfaces, and complex system workflows, ensuring the platform meets high quality standards before release.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual and exploratory testing on new features and existing functionality.
• Validate API endpoints, user interface components, and end‑to‑end system workflows.
• Collaborate daily with software engineers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and report defects.
• Investigate customer‑reported issues and verify fixes.
• Document test cases, results, and risk assessments.
