AI Change Management Specialist

About the role

The FinOps AI Organizational Change Management (OCM) role sits at the intersection of FinOps, AI engineering, technical coaching, and organizational change. You will modernize FinOps practices by empowering the team with AI capabilities, driving strategic training initiatives, and managing the transition to AI‑assisted governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive AI training programs, curricula, and resource hubs tailored to the FinOps team.
• Coordinate change‑management activities including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communication, training, presentations, readiness tracking, knowledge transfer and various learning formats.
• Provide advice and support to project teams and executive leadership, acting as a change‑champion to advance project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Delivered 5+ functional custom agent/LLM solutions applying Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, custom agents) to technical or financial data.
• Authored 2+ training modules, led workshops, and mentored non‑technical team members on new technologies.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and synthesize complex project data into actionable reports for senior leadership.

Required skills

• Scripting and command‑line interface (CLI) tool proficiency.
• Instructional design and workshop facilitation.
