About the role

We are seeking a Private Equity Analyst to support our AI training initiatives on a remote, hourly basis. The role involves applying deep private‑equity expertise to evaluate deal‑sourcing data, conduct due diligence, and ensure the financial rigor of AI‑generated outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise in private equity deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management.
• Review investment memos, financial models, and transaction case studies.
• Develop realistic private equity scenarios and decision‑making frameworks for AI training.
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, commercial relevance, and financial rigor.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish best practices for financial document analysis.
• Identify knowledge gaps and recommend improvements based on industry expertise.
• Contribute domain knowledge to support high‑quality AI training datasets.

Required profile

• Strong experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or related finance roles.
• Deep understanding of valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and exit strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise and thought leadership within the private equity industry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
