Policy Consultant – Remote (Contract)

About the role

This contract position supports clients by drafting, reviewing, and refining policy, legal, and regulatory documents. Working remotely, you will provide strategic advice across sectors such as healthcare, finance, academia, and government.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, and edit policy documents, legal contracts, proposals, and research papers using advanced Word and PDF functionalities.
• Deliver strategic recommendations on regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, or finance‑related matters.
• Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure compliance, clarity, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Support clients with precise formatting, tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex data into concise, actionable policies and procedures.
• Monitor evolving regulations and guidelines relevant to your area of expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum professional experience in government policy operations or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, including tracked changes and complex formatting.
• Expertise in PDF tools for document review, form filling, and data extraction.
