Outbound Sales Development Representative – B2B (Remote)

About the role

National Search Group is looking for an outbound Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities with U.S. owners, CEOs, operations leaders and HR executives. The role is fully remote and open to candidates living anywhere in Costa Rica with a reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting during U.S. business hours using cold calls, personalized email outreach and approved social channels.
• Initiate credible conversations with senior executives, uncover hiring needs and secure next‑step meetings.
• Handle objections professionally, including internal hiring preferences or existing agency relationships.
• Qualify leads against the ideal client profile, capture decision‑making processes and next steps in the CRM.
• Review call outcomes with leadership to continuously refine targeting, messaging and strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales or business development, preferably in recruitment or executive search.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed fiber‑optic internet and a dedicated home office setup.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to track activities and pipeline.
