Inside Account Manager II

About the role

The Inside Account Manager II at TD Synnex/Shyft Global Services manages and grows relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, driving sales of technology products and services while delivering exceptional support in an inside‑sales environment. The role focuses on meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned customer accounts via phone and email.
• Re‑engage dormant reseller partners, rebuild trust, and deliver value‑driven solutions.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through lead generation.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance indicators.
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales presentations, and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with vendors, product specialists, and internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
