Operations Supervisor (Hybrid)

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead a team of travel consultants, overseeing daily performance, workload distribution, and coaching. You will act as the primary point of contact for the team, ensuring they meet and exceed key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day‑to‑day management for travel consultants.
• Analyze performance data to optimise team effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver learning programs to close competency gaps.
• Supply clients with industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Monitor GDS (Sabre) queues daily to ensure quality control.

Required profile

• Experience in the corporate travel management industry.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency with the Sabre GDS platform.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
