Marketing Science Analyst – Test & Learn

About the role

The Marketing Science Analyst will design, execute, and evaluate Test & Learn programs that drive data‑informed decisions across digital marketing channels. You will translate complex test results into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support hypothesis development, experimental design, test setup, and statistical evaluation for in‑market testing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain measurement frameworks, recommending appropriate experiment types such as A/B/n, matched control, pre/post, geolocation, and incrementality studies.
• Gather and analyze marketing data from paid and owned channels to assess campaign performance and user behavior.
• Create data visualizations and storytelling materials that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies to deliver cohesive, insight‑driven recommendations.
• Build reusable analysis templates and code (SQL, R, Python) to scale measurement processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical results to non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple fast‑moving testing programs.
• Familiarity with digital media channels such as Social, SEM, SEO, OLV, and their interactions.
• Ability to work with imperfect observational data and apply bias‑reduction techniques.
