Manager, Global PACS Intelligence

About the role

The Global Digital Network’s Enterprise Intelligence team is seeking a Manager, Global PACS Intelligence to lead the creation and delivery of research, data, and analytics solutions that support the Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability (PACS) organization. In this role you will partner with PACS teams to turn metrics into actionable insights that drive strategy, reputation management and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and track PACS key performance indicators, establishing optimal measurement methods.
• Collect, interpret and communicate PACS metrics, translating them into insights, strategies and tactics.
• Quantify the impact of PACS communications campaigns and initiatives.
• Design and develop visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders and partners.
• Provide regular updates on corporate reputation and PACS team performance to local leadership.
• Refine the corporate reputation framework and incorporate sustainability data.
• Compile benchmarks and recommendations for reputation reporting.
• Design and oversee ad‑hoc research on macro events, campaigns or issues, collaborating with Human Insights and other intelligence teams.
• Deliver strategic recommendations based on communications and sustainability data.
• Collaborate across PACS, Human Insights and Enterprise Intelligence to align deliverables with business goals.
• Act as a conduit for knowledge sharing and support the development of ways‑of‑working materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PACS intelligence, public affairs, communications or sustainability metrics.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience in research design, data collection, management and analysis.
• Demonstrated capability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
