Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join a fully remote AI training program serving Latin America. The role involves reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges to help improve model performance. No prior AI experience is required, making it ideal for developers looking for flexible, project‑based work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
