Junior HR Analyst

About the role

The Junior HR Analyst provides day‑to‑day support to the Human Resources team, ensuring employee records are accurate and HR processes run smoothly. This entry‑level position handles onboarding, status updates, documentation, and basic HR inquiries while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update digital and physical employee records, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
• Provide first‑level support for HR questions and forward complex issues to senior staff.
• Manage new‑hire data entry, audit files for accuracy, and coordinate termination checklists.
• Process employee status changes, bank account activations/deactivations, and code assignments.
• Assist with onboarding activities, training attendance tracking, and audit of training records.
• Support performance‑review scheduling, recognition programs, and performance‑improvement documentation.
• Help plan and execute HR projects and events such as benefits enrollment and employee recognition.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or technical degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• English‑Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher (oral and written).
• Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Ultipro, UKG).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and SharePoint.
