About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Client Relationship Manager to join our client success team in San José. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Act as the trusted point of contact for each account, handling inquiries via chat, email and WhatsApp.
- Drive client engagement, retention and satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Track client activity and performance using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 1‑3 years of experience in client‑facing roles such as client success, account management or hospitality.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Goal‑oriented, proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems.
