About the role

The IT Infrastructure Engineer IV – Linux Automation Engineer is an individual contributor responsible for providing expert consultation and technical guidance on IT infrastructure. The role supports the design, development, and delivery of secure, high‑volume, cloud‑based solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultation and technical advice on infrastructure planning, engineering, and architecture for assigned systems.
• Support business‑specific projects by applying subject‑area expertise, developing work plans, and coordinating resources.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and sustainable designs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solutions architects, and other IT teams (database, operations, support) throughout system development and implementation.
• Leverage DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile practices to design resilient, secure, multi‑channel solutions.
• Review team deliverables, recommend options, assess risks, and suggest cost‑effective improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex systems, modify solutions, and update technical documentation.
