Software Integration Engineer

About the role

This position is for a Software Integration Engineer who will design, implement, and maintain connections between internal and external systems. The role focuses on building APIs, architecting scalable data flows, and supporting integration scenarios for Patient Management Systems and Dental Service Organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive integrations between internal and external platforms, acting as the “glue” that connects diverse services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement RESTful APIs for new use cases.
• Architect data flows and backend solutions to support evolving needs of PMS and DSO customers.
• Contribute to a native Windows service written in Golang, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Enhance and maintain a Python/Django‑based API, optimizing performance, security, and extensibility.
• Participate in technical planning and decision‑making aligned with business goals.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and promote best practices for system interoperability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in software engineering or solutions architecture, preferably with a focus on system integration.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proactive mindset.
• Advanced level of English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Golang.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Windows services.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of the Django framework.
• Hands‑on experience with external APIs, SDKs, and third‑party integrations.
