Inside Sales Executive

About the role

Support Services Group (SSG) is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified discovery meetings for the Executive VP of Business Development. You will identify companies ready for outsourcing, build targeted prospect lists, and execute precise multi‑channel outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify companies showing outsourcing readiness signals.
• Develop and maintain targeted prospect lists using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Conduct multi‑channel outreach (email, phone, social) to secure discovery meetings with senior decision‑makers.
• Maintain a pipeline of at least 8 sales‑qualified leads per month and achieve a minimum of 2 qualified meetings per week.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team and contribute to shared campaigns while managing your own pipeline.

Required profile

• Self‑driven and accountable for results, not just activity.
• Outcome‑focused, aiming to book meetings rather than hit dial counts.
• Comfortable engaging C‑suite executives and handling objections professionally.
• Strong understanding of BPO services (customer service, technical support, collections, workforce management, back‑office operations).
• Coachable, collaborative, and able to apply feedback quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ZoomInfo.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel) for data filtering and analysis.
