HR Data Insights Sr. Associate

About the role

The HR Data Insights Sr. Associate provides critical reporting support to HR and business partners. You will design and build ad‑hoc reports, manage reporting mailboxes, maintain dashboards, and ensure data‑driven decision‑making aligns with people strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reporting mailbox and fulfill all reporting requests.
• Analyze requestors’ requirements to determine the best reporting solution and avoid rework.
• Design, build, and modify ad‑hoc reports and existing dashboards using SAP HR, Tableau, Power BI, and other tools.
• Refresh data from multiple sources to keep visualizations up‑to‑date.
• Support self‑service reporting, run scheduled reports, and handle quarterly/annual reporting cycles.
• Follow data‑sharing protocols for sensitive data (e.g., I&D, Compensation, Talent Acquisition).
• Provide guidance to business users on report outputs and data interpretation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR data management, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SAP HR standard reports (OM, PA).
• Medium experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python; Workday is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent networking and stakeholder‑management skills within regional and global HR/IT teams.
