HR Business Partner – Strategic HR & Employee Experience

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as the primary HR liaison for assigned shift operations, partnering with operational leaders to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and continuous improvement of the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for shift operations, providing HR guidance on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and policy compliance.
• Lead progressive discipline, labor case management, and audit readiness to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Champion employee engagement initiatives, including recognition, communication, wellness programs, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Support talent development through internal transfers, individual development plans, coaching, and succession planning.
• Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, produce analytics dashboards, and recommend data‑driven improvements to engagement, retention, and development.
• Provide operational support such as headcount reconciliation, vacation and overtime administration, and handling of non‑conformance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR problem solving, decision making, and leadership within a regulated environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to coach first‑line leaders on people‑related matters.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Quality System Regulations (QSR).
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 standards.
