HR Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven HR Analyst to join Experian’s global HR team. In this role you will partner with HR Business Partners and the HR Transformation Manager to turn workforce data into actionable insights and help embed AI‑enabled processes across HR.

Key responsibilities

• Use data to analyze workforce trends, uncover insights and inform HR and business strategies.
• Improve and maintain dynamic dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to provide real‑time visibility into turnover, headcount, engagement and diversity metrics.
• Translate complex data into clear, applicable insights for HR partners.
• Respond to data requests while identifying opportunities for deeper, predictive or automated insights.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to adopt and scale modern HR analytics and AI‑driven capabilities.
• Implement process improvements using automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Champion a data‑driven, AI‑fluent culture within the HR team by exploring new tools, testing ideas and sharing best practices.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including analysis of exit data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience across HR disciplines.
• Experience working with data, reporting and visualization tools.
• Curiosity and interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Advanced English communication skills.
