Full Stack Developer with AI (LATAM) - Senior

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack developer to build end‑to‑end AI‑powered products. You will own the complete lifecycle, from idea and prototype to production, continuous improvement, and monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship AI‑driven features using large language models and autonomous agents.
• Build and scale backend services and APIs that reliably deliver AI capabilities.
• Create intelligent workflows such as prompt orchestration, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and tool‑based agent execution.
• Own the full AI system lifecycle: experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to turn concepts into working solutions.
• Improve system quality through testing, observability, and performance tracking.
• Tackle challenges like latency reduction, cost management, hallucination prevention, and safety assurance.

Required profile

• More than 6 years of professional experience in full‑stack web development.
• Strong background with Python, FastAPI, React, and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven experience designing, versioning, and documenting RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands‑on experience deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting production systems on AWS.
• Solid understanding of AI system design, including accuracy, latency, cost, and safety trade‑offs.
