Full-Cycle Recruiter (Agency Experience)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full‑Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency background to join our fast‑growing client on a remote, full‑time basis. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, driving high‑volume outbound sourcing and delivering quality hires across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, Google X‑Ray, and Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for several open positions simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimise processes for speed and quality.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle in high‑volume environments.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
