Frontend Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The position is project‑based, asynchronous and open to junior, mid‑level and senior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI output using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior to senior).
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
