Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strategic mindset and results‑orientation to lead and optimise the financial functions of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing accounting, preparing financial reports, managing cash flow and ensuring the overall financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily finance operations, including accounting, treasury and financial control, ensuring accurate and reliable records.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, conduct forecasts and variance analysis to inform senior management.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports while guaranteeing compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Perform detailed financial analyses to support strategic decisions, identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations, coordinate internal and external audits and prepare required documentation.
• Lead, develop and mentor the finance team, providing training and professional growth support.
• Control cash flow and treasury activities, maintaining an appropriate liquidity position.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance management role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced handling of financial data and detailed analysis.
• Expert knowledge of accounting and financial management software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, high‑pressure environments.
