Finance Business Partner – Expansion Sales (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Autodesk is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the AMER Expansion Sales team. Reporting to the Finance Leader, you will partner with senior sales directors across Latin America, providing financial insight and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver independent, high-integrity financial analysis and business judgment.
• Support strategic planning, risk assessment, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with sales, cross-functional, and finance teams to enable data-driven decisions.
• Provide day-to-day financial details while contributing to high-level strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or accounting (CPA or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive business and finance experience.
• At least 3 years supporting high-tech sales organizations.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Anaplan.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Power BI.
