Director, Corporate Working Capital Solutions

About the role

Visa’s Commercial Solutions team is seeking a Director to lead corporate working capital solutions in the Caribbean region. The role focuses on growing commercial payment volumes by addressing corporate treasury needs with Visa’s payment products and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Sell commercial card products, platforms, and industry partnerships to drive payment volume.
• Develop acceptance deals with suppliers to position Visa as the preferred method for commercial receivables and payables.
• Build and manage a portfolio of top B2B suppliers in the Caribbean, cultivating executive relationships.
• Identify and expand B2B opportunities through acquisition, partnership, or relationship management.
• Provide consultative guidance to merchants on card acceptance processes and optimize payables environments.
• Conduct analytics and deal‑modeling in collaboration with regional account executives, business development, pricing, and other functions.
• Contribute leadership to the broader B2B Acceptance and Visa Commercial Solutions organization.

Required profile

• 10 + years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, commercial payments, or corporate treasury solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain senior‑level relationships with suppliers and executives.
• Strong analytical and deal‑modeling capabilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site at least three days per week.
