Digital Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our Digital team at Konrad Group. In this specialist role you will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver digital products and experiences for global clients, guiding projects from discovery through delivery while working closely with clients and internal consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital projects of varying size, from rapid‑to‑market initiatives to large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resources, scope and budget.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day execution across Strategy, UX Design and Technology teams.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the creation of digital solutions across multiple industry verticals.
• Facilitate workshops such as discovery, design‑thinking and project planning sessions.
• Prepare client‑facing presentations, documentation and other deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital projects involving design and/or technology teams.
• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented mindset, able to handle fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Motivation to develop both project‑management and consulting expertise.
