Digital Campaign Manager - Marketing Automation

About the role

The Digital Campaign Manager will support the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing automation campaigns for Accenture’s clients, ensuring alignment with the overall campaign strategy and driving operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic viewpoints using data optimisation and campaign results.
• Collaborate with creative, data and production teams to translate business requirements into actionable campaign plans.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, manage client expectations and ensure successful delivery.
• Work closely with the Campaign Technical Lead to guarantee flawless execution and reporting.
• Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly client meetings to share performance insights.
• Coach on‑shore and off‑shore campaign management and operations teams, fostering skill growth.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and support sales initiatives by leveraging internal SMEs.
• Streamline business processes to maximise efficiency in campaign operations.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, advising on marketing automation best practices.
• Manage resource utilisation, forecast demand and prioritise work based on client goals.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign projects from scoping through deployment and escalate unresolved issues.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience managing both on‑shore and off‑shore teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed production specifications.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
