Project Manager - Social Media and Algorithmic Strategy

About the role

E710LABS is seeking 3‑5 Project Managers to design and execute social media strategies for U.S. financial services brands. This three‑month remote fellowship combines social media management, AI, behavioral economics, and data analysis to boost consumer trust and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design segmented social media strategies for U.S. financial consumers using Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X algorithms.
• Apply generative AI and machine‑learning tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to analyze sentiment, predict churn, and personalize content.
• Manage projects from planning through execution, monitoring, evaluation, and post‑project analysis.
• Build executive dashboards with ROI, CAC, CLV, and share‑of‑voice metrics.
• Lead A/B and multivariate tests to optimize creative assets, messaging, and targeting.
• Research financial‑literacy barriers, trust drivers, and digital consumption patterns.
• Analyze competitors (banks, neobanks, fintechs) to identify market opportunities.
• Develop buyer personas and omnichannel journey maps for the U.S. market.
• Present recommendations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Fully available for a demanding remote environment.
• Advanced or near‑native proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Senior‑year university students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Strategic Management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Tableau or Power BI, social‑media management platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proactive, intellectually curious, accountable, autonomous, adaptable, and committed to quality.
