Corporate Communications Manager – Latin America

About the role

The Manager, Corporate Communications will develop and execute communications programs, messaging resources, and executive communications that support Cargill’s reputation and business priorities across Latin America. This role partners with leaders and communicators to ensure consistent, clear, and confident messaging throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement internal communication strategies and campaigns, using standardized frameworks to evaluate effectiveness.
• Draft internal communication materials such as newsletters, emails, intranet updates, and town‑hall presentations.
• Manage internal communication channels, ensuring accessibility for all employees and monitoring two‑way feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate employee events, town‑hall meetings, and other engagement initiatives to foster community and collaboration.
• Oversee corporate messaging, reputation, and strategic communications initiatives.
• Support executive and board communications, translating complex business, financial, policy, and industry topics into actionable tools.
• Drive communications operations, insights, and innovation to continuously improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑profile communications projects and delivering internal communication strategies.
• Ability to translate complex business, financial, policy, and industry topics into clear communication tools.
• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with colleagues across the company to support strategic priorities.
• Experience coordinating events and managing multi‑channel communication platforms.
